Yamasa Education Center for Children.
Miss Power Woman is more than a competition — it is a movement of women creating impact. Together with our contestants and the Gausachs Foundation, we have brought to life the Yamasá Education Center for Children.
This initiative is led by the international sisterhood of Miss Power Woman and sustained with the support of our foundations, partners, and the local community.
We are creating a magical garden by the river,

with a beautiful & creative tree-house village.
We are creating a magical garden by the river, with a beautiful and creative tree-house village. This enchanting space will feature cabins, gardens, and sculptures inspired by the artistic legacy of José Gausachs and in honor of empowered women like Mama Tingó. Each year, Miss Power Woman contestants help advance this vision, ensuring it continues to grow.

Construction initiated in October 2022
Construction initiated in October 2022. Thanks to the dedication of contestants, sponsors, and local volunteers, the first phases of the Yamasá Center are already standing. While modest and rural, these classrooms and spaces are filled with life — proof that when empowered women take action, dreams become reality.
The center will provide a place where you can visit, teach and impact the community, in a healthy environment for children to explore and expand their minds.
Every year, Miss Power Woman contestants lead this project forward. With your support, we can continue expanding the classrooms, treehouses, and facilities to give children in Yamasá a safe and inspiring place to grow.

Community Center - Construction (first stage) 2024
